Prior to booking an appointment, PLEASE read all Information & Policies to ensure you are properly informed. It’s a lot of information, but it’s very important that each client understands everything before booking.

TERMS AND POLICIES

• BOOKING FEE of $40 will be required when booking an appointment online to secure the spot. 100% of the booking fee will go towards the amount that's due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in cash, debit or credit on the appointment day.

• You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent.

• NO guests or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the brow technician must focus on a permanent tattoo procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the studio where your guest(s) may wait at.

• You must arrive no later than 20 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.

• RESCHEDULING: To reschedule your appointment you need to notify us  within  two day, otherwise  you will lose  the deposit , if you already  didn’t  show up to your appointments  and need to  reschedule you will have to make a deposit  of $40, second  time won’t be refundable choose wisely, and if  for some reason  you don’t  show for  the 3rd time you will have to pay the full price of the service before your appointment.

• CANCELATIONS:  You can get a Refund if you give us a two-day notice. If you book an appointment for the Next day and you don’t show you will automatically lose your Deposit. You can get automatically banned if you cancel more than 3 times.

• TOUCH UP : For any Permanent  Makeup  that requires a touch up , the time frame for touch up will be 1 month , if you missed  your Touch up appointment (for Eyebrows  touch up , lips or eyeliner), the price will increase $50 more and if you already  missed  two months , your touch up won’t  count as  a touch up any more,  instead  we will have to Re do the procedure all over again  which will result to pay the initial  amount of the service which will be the full price.

Please view the DISQUALIFICATION LIST below before booking. If you schedule your appointment and have one of the conditions listed above, I will refuse service and your booking fee will be forfeited.

Permanent makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for any clients who are or have:

• Pregnant or nursing

• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring

• Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance and to be controlled)

• Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Epilepsy

• Pacemaker or major heart problems

• Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.) 

• Sick (cold, flu, etc.)

• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.

• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation.
